Section 1: How You Approach Life and How You Appear To Others

You appear gentle and soft, and you act rather reserved with others until you know them well and feel it is safe to be open with
them. You have a strong need for emotional security and a sense of belonging, and are deeply attached to the past: your
heritage, roots, family, cherished friends, familiar places, etc. Making radical changes or moves away from what is known and
safe can be very painful and difficult for you. You tend to cling and hold on to people, memories, possessions of personal   or
sentimental significance. Having a home, a safe haven, is  very important to you.

You approach life emotionally and subjectively and are sensitive to the emotional atmosphere, the subtle undercurrents of feeling in and around you. Instinctive and nonrational, you are often unable to give a clear, simple explanation for your actions. Something FEELS right, or it doesn't.

Your emotions and personal loyalties tend to color your thoughts and opinions. You view life from a very personal perspective and often cannot mentally detach yourself from your own personal bias and prejudices. You are apt to be concerned primarily with how something affects you and those dear and close to you, rather than with the principle or the broader social implications. For instance, you may be very patriotic and feel that whatever "my country" does is right without really knowing much about the other nations' policies or point of view. Put simply: if it is good for me and mine, it is good. If it is not good for me and mine, it is no good.

You are tenaciously loyal, protective, and supportive of those you care about, and have a very strong nurturing, motherly nature (regardless of your gender). You empathize with others and intuitively sense the feelings and needs of other people. Compassionate and sympathetic, you are easily moved by others' pain, and you are often the one others seek out when they need comfort, reassurance, or help.

Your moods fluctuate and change frequently and you are sometimes open, sometimes withdrawn emotionally. You communicate nonverbally and appreciate a person who can pick up subtle cues and hints, rather than having to make everything explicit.

You never forget either kindness or unkindness shown to you.

Section 2: The Inner You: Your Real Motivation

You have powerful emotional attachments to the past, your family, your childhood, those places you associate with safety and security and your beginnings. Maintaining a connection with your roots and heritage and keeping family bonds strong are very important to you. Loyal, devoted, and sentimental, you tend to cling to whatever is dear to you, be it person, familiar place, or cherished possession.

You are sympathetic, nurturing, supportive, and very sensitive to the emotional needs of other people. You like to be needed, to care for others, and you often worry about the people you love. You have a very strong need for a sense of belonging and acceptance, and you center much of your life around your home. You are more concerned about people and their feelings than with power, achievement, or position in society. Kindness, consideration, and tenderness impress you more than any sort of honor the world can bestow.

You are primarily emotional and your views are often dominated by your feelings and by your own personal, subjective experiences, rather than reason, logic, or abstract principles. It is difficult for you to judge situations in a fair, objective manner for your personal sympathies and loyalties usually enter in. You take things very personally, and sometimes build a wall around yourself to protect yourself from pain and rejection. You feel rather shy and vulnerable at heart. You also tend to be moody, experiencing frequent emotional ups and downs. You need to have a place and time in your life to withdraw, introspect, dream, and replenish yourself; otherwise you become cranky and unhappy with those around you.

You function in an instinctive, nonrational manner and like to immerse yourself in creative activities where you can express your feelings, imagination, and instincts. You often love to cook, since it can be both creative and a way to nurture and nourish others. You also have a great affinity for music, because it evokes and communicates feelings that may be difficult or impossible to put into words.

Your compassion, sensitivity, and imagination are your strong points. Your faults include an inability to release the past and go forward, clannishness and prejudice, and a tendency to be self-pitying when you meet hardships in life.

Section 3: Mental Interests and Abilities

You are a person of strong opinions and you express your views energetically and often dramatically. You are an entertaining speaker and will embellish or exaggerate in order to get your point across. You have an aptitude for story-telling and performing. Even if your arena is only the classroom or dining room table, you put on a good show. You have an abundance of creative ideas and do not enjoy a job in which you have no creative input or voice in decision-making. You could be a good politician, spokesperson, group leader, director, or coach.

Section 4: Emotions: Moods, Feelings, Romance

Secretive and inclined to brooding silences, it is difficult for others to really know your inner core, for you trust and open yourself to very few. Allowing yourself to be vulnerable and to relinquish control in relationships is not easy for you.

You have intense, passionate loves and hates and are a jealously loyal and protective friend - or a fearsome foe. You have a nasty habit of holding on to past hurts, resentments, and guilt - and to keep such feelings to yourself. It is important for you to learn to forgive and let go, as well as to express your feelings openly and directly, rather than hiding or repressing them.

You are not content with superficial appearances and are always probing beneath the surface of things for hidden motives. You have a great deal of emotional depth.

What do they mean by houses?

What the heck is an astrological house and is my room a comfy space?

The chart is divided up into 12 equal pie slices that correspond to each of the astrological signs (see signs below). Each slice is a house and has different corresponding qualities. Sometimes the signs overlap the houses...so you could have Pisces in the 9th and 10th houses.

What is your element? What is your quality?

Each of the signs is put into one of four elements: Fire, Air, Earth and Water. When a planet is in a sign, it expresses the qualities of that element.

Fire
Key Words: fearless impulsiveness, high spirits, enthusiasm, strength, direct honesty, even bluntness, outgoing, demonstrative, impatient
Aries, Leo, Sagittarius Outgoing, energetic, spontaneous and impulsive. Fire signs express the warming, radiating, energizing life principle which can manifest as enthusiasm, faith, encouragement and the drive to express self.
Earth
Key Words: practicality, patience, self-discipline, persistence, cautiousness, dependable, premeditative, conventional
Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn Stable, conservative, practical and materialistic. Earth signs reveal an attunement with the world of the physical forms and a practical ability to utilize and improve the material world.
Air
Key Words: visualization, rationalization, detachment & perspective, craving for understanding, verbalization, need for relationship & sociability, communicative and curious
Gemini, Libra, Aquarius Intellectual, sociable yet detached. Air signs are correlated with the mind's sensation, perception and expression, especially relatied to personal interaction and to geometrical thought forms and abstract ideas.
Water
Key Words: sensitivity, realizes the reality of the unconscious and/or the unconscious of reality, intuition, purification, deep reflection, habitual secrecy & need for privacy, ability for compassionate service, need for emotional involvement with others
Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces Emotional, receptive and intuitive. Water signs symbolize the cooling, healing principle of sensitivity, feeling response, and empathy with others.
Each sign is also classified as being cardinal, fixed and mutable. There are four signs in each:

Cardinal Aries, Cancer, Libra, Capricorn Action (Powerful signs that occur on the 4 angles of the chart)
Fixed Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, Aquarius Strength (Persistent, organized and Stubborn)
Mutable Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, Pisces Flexibility (Adaptable, impressionable and tolerant)
Which means that Leos are Fixed Fire...Outgoing, energetic, spontaneous and impulsive and express themselves through Strength. Cancers are Cardinal Water...Emotional, receptive and intuitive and express themselves through Action.

What is meant by Astro signs?

When someone says, "Hey...what's your sign," what would that tell them about you?

[Check back later...]

Aries
First sign of the Zodiac. Key words are initiative, activity and enterprise. It is the sign of new beginnings. Arians are aggressive and direct in expressing themselves. The key phrase for Aries is "I am."  They have a tremendous psychological drive to prove themselves through action. They are not satisfied to intellectualize about their concerns; they are impatient to act on them. They are highly competitive and make good leaders seeking fame and recognition more than wealth and comfort. However, because of their desire for authority and superiority, they are sometimes overly aggressive and prone to use force rather than reason and diplomacy in dealing with others. Much of their strength arises from their refusal to admit defeat.

Taurus
The second sign is that of purposeful determination. Its keywords are possessions, determination and practicality. As an earth sign they were born to achieve mastery over physical matter. The element earth teaches them to become efficient in practical matters. They strive fro spiritual truth by working with the practical aspects of life. they are fond of the good things of life and often focus their attention on material acquisitions. Their key phrase is "I have." They are also characterized by love of comfort satisfaction and pleasure. They tend to use money or beauty as a means to their ends. The hub of their universe is security, both emotional and material. The withhold themselves from involvement until they have determined whether a person, situation, or relationship will be of use to them. They are intensely jealous to the point of being absurd. They regard another person's affections as their property. This possessiveness is a result of their deep inner need, both emotional and mental for security. They are not aware of inner motives, as a rule. Self-analysis is not important to them.

Gemini
Individuals born under the third sign of intellectual air think and act swiftly. The key phrase for them is "I think." They are very focused on words and modes of communication. Speech is especially important for them, serving as a framework for their activities. Words are anchoring or safety devices, as the mind jumps form one thing to another. They can also be "chatterboxes." They are thirsty for knowledge and eager to study. Their is a dual quality to their emotions which are prescribed by the mood of the moment. They believe in variety as necessity and this philosophy can make them somewhat high-strung. Their state of nervous awareness allows no intellectual or physical tranquillity. In emergencies, therefore, they rarely lose control, and their ingenuity provides unsuspected solutions. They have witty conversation, mental agility, sociability courteousness and intuition. However, they dislike being bound to any particular person or place. Geminis are the nonconformists of the Zodiac. Thus, they must maintain their separateness and remain different from those around them.

Cancer
Cancers were born under the sign of emotional sensitivity. The key words are domesticity, sensitivity and tenacity. The key phrase for these individuals is "I feel." This is the strongest of the water signs, favoring women more than men, since Cancer, of all the signs of the Zodiac, is most strongly linked to domesticity and homemaking. They possess highly developed protective and defensive instinctws which are aimed at material and domestic security. They are extraordinarily sensitive and fearful of ridicule. The crab shell, Cancer's symbol, represents the crust or armor which hides extreme sensitivity and shyness, as well as physical and psychological vulnerability. Cancers protect themselves from the possibility of emotional hurt by withdrawing and finding their security in solitude. Because of their strong need for security, they will do whatever is needed to establish and serve that security. They rarely gamble due to their need for security, however, if their future stability depends upon taking a risk, they will take the risk--if possible with someone elses money. These people are very complex; at certain times they appear to have the strength of a giant and at other times they display the weakness of a child. As a rule, Cancers are well-intentioned, but they are also at one moment sweet and charmingly outgoing (especially when they have some objective in mind) and at the next melancholic, introverted and distant. They are noted for their diplomacy and seldom fail to achieve their goals. However, when they are hurt, theymay behave in a nonsensical manner, being unable to collaborate with others. At times they can behave extremely childishly and stubbornly--and this is one of the major flaws they must work to overcome. Although they appear gentle and tranquil, their inner thoughts are difficult to fathom. Since few people ever really comprehend how Cancers feel, they rarely get the necessary understanding from others. Cancers desire the absolute possession of their beloved. It can be said of people under this sign that once a love is begun, it is never stopped. Resentment may make them cruel enemies, but they never stop loving. Cancers tend to be very much aware of their family trees. They seek to avoid at all costs any mental or physical discomfort. Because of their powerful imaginations it is imperative for Cancers to avoid all thoughts of illness. They must also cultivate the courage to say yes or no at the appropriate moment. They need to control their tendencies to moodiness, intolerance timidity and excessive emotionality. (<--from book). Cancers are masters of the art of passive resistance. This is a powerful weapon which, wehn wielded, makes the individual unapproachable. They are adverse to being told how to do things.

Leo
The fifth sign is that of generosity and nobility of feeling. The key words are vitality, authority and power. The key phrase for Leo is "I will." Leo is a fire sign ruled by the Sun. Since it is the Sun's function to bestow upon the world heat, light and life, it is the benefactor of every living creature. In our planetary system it is the center around which the planets rotate. leos, then, are generous. They must ahve the spotlight and, once in it, they must shine. They enjoy being the center of attention. Providence helps Leos when they need it most. New fields of action open at a time when there seems to be no visible solution to their problems. Leos' roots lie in the home and in their own personal independence. They feel the need to produce children--both of their minds and of their bodies. Leo rules the heart; therefore these people give of themselves generously through time, money and knowledge with no thought of the self. They are strongly attracted to the opposite sex. Their love nature should be held in check, or serious heartache could result. Leos are unconsciously drawn toward the idea that "the means justify the ends." Money is important only as a means of achieving their goals. They assume that others possess a sense of integrity equal to their own and consequently they are overly confident, frank and outspoken. These traits can cause them many interpersonal difficulties and they can lose friends. They dislike repetition. Once they see the point, they become quite impatient, and often obstinate, in discussions. Those who disagree with a Leo should be tactful, fo he will surrender so long as his dignity is recognized. He wants people to think well of him so he directs a great deal of energy to that end. Leos are very aware of the effect they have on others and study what to do in order to create a better effect. (This does not necessarily mean, however, that they are introspective or that they analyze themselves in order to improve their character. You must look to other areas in the chart to see this piece.) Self-approval is also important to them--self-approbation replaces conscience. They will do anything they think is right--if necessary, sacrificing public disapproval for self-approval. If they are forced into a compromising situation, they will despise their work and neglect it. Leos are prideful and responsible. They are also practical, philosophical and spiritual. They have a reckless courage, but they never fight unfairly, no matter how great the advantages offered. In victory they remain magnanimous and in defeat stand unconquered.

How does all this fit into my chart?

[Some done...more later]

Sun in Cancer in the First House:
House of Action and Identity. Experiences strength through nurturing, sensitive, mother-like qualities. Feels instinctive urge to protect one's ego; builds inner self a nest from which it can safely radiate. Levels of vitality and creative energy depend on moods, and so are difficult to maintain. Expresses self creatively through emotions and feels need to be recognized for sensitivity. Sense of individuality is expressed most clearly in a familiar sheltered environment or situation.

Moon in Scorpio in the Fifth House:
House of Action and Identity. Reacts intensely, passionately, with controlled emotional power. Self-image is affected by complex, turbulent emotions; confidence sometimes undermined by negative emotions or supported by passionate sense of purpose. Depth of feelings and secretiveness contribute to person's mystique and charisma. A need to deeply penetrate experiences leads to comprehension of underlying motives or to imagining all sorts of fearful motives in others. Feels nurtured when giving and/or receiving intense emotional energy. Fear of vulnerability and losing control can lead to emotional repression.

Mercury in Leo in the Second House:
House of Material Security. Communicates energetically, radiantly and proudly. Warmth, affection and strong will motivate the need to establish connections. Communication colored by sense of drama, humor and creative flair. Pride and urge for recognition spark expression of perceptions. Needs creative involvement in order to learn; makes intuitive leaps rather than logical associations. Ego's involvement with thinking process can obliterate objectivity and limit flexibility and retention of facts. When Mercury appears Retrograde in the horoscope, the individual's conscious mind is capable of tapping ideas in the universal consciousness from prior times. Usually, he is unaware he is doing this, but what he is awar of is that he cannot easily make others understand all he knows. In addition, his wave length is slightly different form the rest of society in terms of his mental life. Thought processes tend to repeat like an endless record, and as a result most of the things he creates are in different shapes or forms, carbon copies of what he has already done. The individual with RMercury is here to experience an unresolved Karma in relationships. He has a tendency to react to others as if they symbolize people from his past. thus, he as difficulty keeping the full focus of his consciousness on the here and now. Usually this manifests as difficulties with family and relatives. The Retrograde process makes it difficult for him to always be able to express what he knows. His greatest asset is his ability to evaluate the totality of situations where others see only glimpses.

Venus in Cancer in the First House:
House of Action and Identity. Expresses affection sensitively, comfortingly, protectively, tenaciously. Need to nurture and be nurtured, to feel part of a family, in order to be comfortable. Prefers to share energy with others within an enclosed, close-knit group. Urge for pleasure and closeness can be hampered by moodiness, timidity, stinginess, or overly self-protective feelings; easily reflects others' pleasures and moods. Receptive and dependent qualities are always involved in feeling close to another.

Mars in Taurus in the Eleventh House:
House of Social/Intellectual Action. Asserts self steadily, retentively, conservatively stubbornly. Strong actions are directed toward consolidation, productivity and enjoyment of simple pleasures; often a creative and/or artistic flair. Initiative and drive are colored by material concerns and possessiveness and sometimes by slowness and laziness. Achievement of desires may be thwarted by complacency and satisfaction with things as they are. Physical energy and sexual drive are influenced by deep appreciation of the physical senses and natural rhythms of life.

Jupiter in Sagittarius in the Sixth House:
House of Material Learning; service to others, servants. Seeks to grow and improve oneself through aspiration toward a far-off goal and following one's innate faith in life. Trust in a larger order is aided by an optimistic, philosophical orientation. Need to take advantage of opportunities for outer and inner exploration in order to improve self. Too much expansion can lead to over-extension of energy and overlooking the immediate possibilities. Has an innate well-developed appreciation of the importance of the religious/spiritual dimension of life.

Saturn in Capricorn in the Seventh House:
House of Social/Intellectual Action; committed relationships/marriage. Seeks to establish and preserve self through attainment of one's ambitions, authority, and position in society. Strongly disciplined effort expended toward planning the fulfillment of one's responsibility. Overly-developed organizing ability can lead to attempts to control all situations too tightly. Urge to defend self's structure and integrity through determination, hard work, conservatism and cautious behavior; excessive fear of disapproval can hinder the full achievement of one's aims. Deep-seated need to be a reliable person and to depend on one's own resources.

Uranus in Leo in the Second House:
House of Material Security.

Neptune in Scorpio in the Fifth House:
House of Action and Identity.

Pluto in Virgo in the Third House:
House of Social/Intellectual Learning.

North  in Virgo in the Fourth House:
House of Emotional/Soul Action; Foundation, home-base.

Ascendant in Cancer in the First House:
House of Action and Identity.

Midheaven in Pisces in the Tenth House:
House of Material Action; Career.

Chiron in Pisces in the Ninth House:
House of Learning and Identity.

*Sun-Venus Interchange:
This is a conjunction. The urge for pleasure merges wit the urge to be and to create--often artistic. The sense of individuality is heightened when exchanging energy with others--often a marked kindness or sweetness.

*Sun-Mars Interchange:
Vital, creative energy is inflamed by feelings of desire, and desires are constantly energized by the power of the entire identity. Physical energy blends with the essential self, producing an intense dynamism and need for action. Considerable ego gratification is desired, the the person is therefore sometimes arrogant. Leadership is likely, as well as the courageous desire to pioneer into new areas of achievement and creative action.

*Sun-Saturn Interchange:
This is an Opposition. The urge to be and create combines with the need for stability; that conservative tendency often challenging the self-confidence and sense of well-being. One's need for safety and security colors the tone of one's essential being, making one appear older than one's peers, even at an early age.

*Sun-Ascendant Interchange:
The challenge of how much of one's true self to express outwardly is a central issue of the whole life. Creative impulses and the need to express oneself freely stimulates action and exerts an influence that others cannot ignore.

*Moon-Uranus Interchange:
One's reactions are always tinged with a streak of originality and unpredictability. The need for unrestrained self-expression furthers or interferes with attaining inner support, security and tranquility.

What does Astrology.net say about my interactions with Sue?

[Some here...my interpretations later]

Sue's Sun Conjunct Seamus' Uranus:
You inspire each other to try new things, experiment, and investigate alternatives. You may have met each other, for example, during a time period when both of you were breaking free from traditional values and exploring new possibilities. This is a good relationship for shared creative, innovative activities. You inspire each other, and have good times together, but you also find that commitments or contracts with each other are difficult to adhere to over time. This relationship works well as long as you don't make too many demands on each other.

Seamus' Sun Trine Sue's Neptune:
The two of you have a strong intuitive understanding of each other, and you inspire each other's imagination, idealism, and aspirations. You help each other to become clearer about your ideals and religious inclinations, and together you develop a greater sense of meaning and purpose in your lives. You help each other to look beyond the daily problems and issues of your personal lives and focus more on altruistic goals and broader issues.

Sue's Mercury Trine Seamus' Mars:
You inspire each other to refine and clarify your ideas, plans and strategies. You are an effective team in research, writing, or business pursuits. You also help each other to successfully implement a plan or follow through on an idea until it manifests as a successful product or creative work. You also have spririted, fiesty debates with one another.

Seamus' Venus Square Sue's Jupiter:
You enjoy laughing, playing, socializing, and going out together to have a good time. You are expansive and generous with one another, and are inclined to spend unwisely, overeat, or otherwise overindulge when you're together. If you live together or work closely with one another, disagreements regarding finances, budgeting, or investments are likely to arise.

Sue's Venus Square Seamus' Mars:
When the two of you disagree, Sue is the harmonizer and peace-maker, quicker to restore the affection and friendship between you, and less inclined to focus on your differences, while Seamus wants to clear the air, get everything out into the open, and is more apt to force issues. Seamus' assertiveness sometimes irritates Sue. If you spend much time together, this can be a tempestuous relationship.

Seamus' Venus Trine Sue's Neptune:
You evoke in each other a greater sensitivity to music, art, and poetry, as well as feelings of compassion and sympathy. You are inclined to give unselfishly to one another, and to be a friend in good or bad times. Exploring new dimensions of feeling and sensitivity through music, art, poetry, or religion is also highlighted.

Seamus' Mars Opposition Sue's Neptune:
You can act very silly and childish together. When the two of you get together, you love to let your imaginations run wild. You have difficulty accomplishing anything of a serious or mundane nature together, and you prefer to explore artistic, religious, and metaphysical areas, rather than focus on more mundane affairs.

Seamus' Mars Trine Sue's Pluto:
You build one another's courage, and bring out the Hero in one another.  Together, you have an enormous amount of energy for working and accomplishing.  Sue, especially, may drive or push Seamus further than Seamus could go or would want to go alone.

Sue's Chart from Astrology.net

Sue's Astro Wheel

Sue's Info from Astrology.net

Section 1: How You Approach Life and How You Appear To Others

Ferociously proud and somewhat vain, you like to be impressive and to be seen as Somebody Special. You are not
timid, meek, or self-effacing, and are rarely content being in the background or in the subordinate position. You are a natural
leader, and do not take orders from others very well. You must have something of your own, something creative - be it a
business, a project, a home or whatever - that you can develop and manage according to your own will and vision. Whatever you do, you do it in a unique, dramatic, individual way. You like to put your own personal stamp on it.

You also have a very strong sense of dignity, self-respect, and personal honor and are deeply offended if someone treats you
in a humiliating or dishonorable way. You will rarely confront the offender - you are too proud to do so - but you will lose
your affection and respect for them. You dislike pettiness and hate to be snubbed or ignored.

You admire others who are strong individuals like yourself. When you befriend someone, you are tremendously loyal, sincere,
and willing to go to extraordinary lengths to make that person happy. You are very giving and generous, but your gifts are
never anonymous - you expect recognition and appreciation for them. You also expect the intense loyalty that you offer to your
dear ones to be reciprocated. However, you often have trouble working with people who are as strong as yourself, for you do
not really cooperate or share the leading role very easily. If you are not in the leading role, you aspire to be and will compete with the person who is.

You have great heart and courage, and people often look to you for strength, encouragement, and affirmation. You always have your best face forward and rarely allow others to see you hurting, disheartened, or vulnerable. You also have a very strong need for love, admiration, appreciation, and praise, although you don't like others to realize just how important it is to you.

Your outlook on life tends to be very personal and rather self-centered. Your own self-expression, self-actualization and
self-realization interests you more than anything else. You feel that if you do your best where you are, the rest of the world
will take care of itself.

Section 2: The Inner You: Your Real Motivation

Proud and intensely individual, you really want to stand out, to be the very best you can be, and to be recognized and
appreciated for your unique contributions. Doing something well and being respected for it is extremely important to you, and
you cannot tolerate being in the background, taking orders from others, or being "just one of the team". You must put your
personal stamp on whatever you do, and direct your own course in life. You need to have a place where you can shine, express yourself creatively, and be the one in charge.

You have big dreams and the determination, spirit, vitality, and enthusiasm to bring them into being. You also have a noble,
romantic heart, and a love of the dramatic, colorful, and extravagant.

For you it is true that "all the world's a stage" and you secretly (or perhaps not so secretly) desire to be the Star or Hero in the play. You want to be great, and to receive the love and applause of an adoring audience, even if the "audience" is just one other special person. You need someone to believe in you and your dreams. Though you appear radiantly self-confident and independent, you are actually very much dependent on the affirmation, love, and recognition of others. You cannot bear being unnoticed or unappreciated.

You also love wholeheartedly and generously and really know how to make the person you love feel special. You love the magic of "being in love" and know how to keep the romance alive in your relationships. You are also immensely loyal and will defend your loved ones and stand by them to the end - as long as they never offend your pride or betray your trust. However, you like to be the strong one in a relationship and you really do not share the leading role very easily. Ideally you need to find a
person who is as strong-willed as yourself, but who will not try to dominate or compete with you.

Your strengths are your zest and love for life, your creative power, and your warm and generous heart. Your primary
fault is your tendency to be very egocentric, so concerned with the impression you are making and with your own creative
self-expression that you forget there is another, larger world that does not revolve around you.

Section 3: Mental Interests and Abilities

You are an exacting perfectionist with a clear, logical, analytical mind and an aptitude for work that requires meticulous attention to detail and efficient organization. Well-grounded and pragmatic, you tend to develop specialized skills and technical expertise in some practical field. Knowledge, ideas, and theories don't really interest you unless they are useful in a tangible way. You are inclined to analyze, measure, and dissect everything and to miss nuances, subtle shades of feeling and meaning. Your strengths are in your precise thinking, careful craftsmanship, and mastery of technical skills. You tend to be very good at what you do and critical of others' work if it does not meet your high standards.

Section 4: Emotions: Moods, Feelings, Romance

Emotional outbursts are frequent with you due to your fiery temper and emotional impulsiveness. You express yourself very
directly and honestly and no one has to guess what your true feelings are. However, you dislike showing any personal weaknesses or needs for support, comfort, and nurturing. You are often impatient with yourself and with others. You abhor
emotional dependency and dislike "complainers".

You inspire others to take positive action in their lives by your own enthusiasm and eagerness to meet life's challenges, and
are attracted to people who are adventurous, courageous, and independent. You are rather bossy, but you do not like to be
with people that you can boss around too much. You enjoy a good fight sometimes. Relationships built upon mutual respect and a good deal of emotional freedom are ideal for you.

You become very cross if you do not have enough vigorous physical activity. You will feel your best if you "do battle" on the tennis or racquetball court (or engage in some other competitive sport) frequently.
